Our History

 Our History
Cajju Seafood and Grill is a family-owned Vietnamese-Cajun restaurant that serves a variety of seafood and traditional Vietnamese dishes. Our love for food started with our mother’s Pho restaurant, which taught us the importance of quality and service. Now, we bring you local, top-quality ingredients and a team with over a decade of experience, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience. Join us to enjoy our rich cultural flavors and exceptional service.

Our Chef

Our Chef
Driven by his passion for cooking and love for the community; Dat has long experience in the food industry as a head chef for 8+ years in Cajun-style cooking (22 years in total). He also has marketing and videography skills which were applied to multiple successful local businesses.

Our Community Highlights:

- Donated to Stanley elementary numerous times. Vouchers and prizes for auction events, Dinners for the entire faculty members/teachers, and funding for certain programs. - Cajju is finalizing two "Spirit Night" events, one with a local elementary school and another with the Katy ISD FHA program, this unique program teaches students how to farm and grow livestock. 15% of total sales for the event goes directly to the school/program to fund different areas of need.

Due to our location, Cajju primarily hires high school and recent graduates for "Front of the House" roles. This challenge allows us to mentor young adults and prepare them for their next steps in life. We see a yearly cycle of team members moving on to college, and as we head into crawfish season, we're excited to welcome our third group of new trainees. "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well." -Virginia Woolf
